hi everybody, long time lurker, first time poster. i have an m6s-111 that as the oil heats up, it takes longer to engage going forward. if i run it for an hour or so and have to stop for something, it wont go forward at all. reverse works fine all the time. from my research im leaning towards a relief valve? is that something i could fix? im 3 hours from anybody big enough to work on an m6. any help is greatly appreciated.

Get the WSM (aka service manual) as it will have all the necessary troubleshooting steps.
Relief valve issue is not first on my list as you have reverse just no forward.

Thanks for the reply, i have done that and there is no reference to it.
Give me the serial number so I can look at the proper WSM and see if I can find anything to help you out.

I'm interested in hearing about the resolution of this problem and am surprised that the OP didn't respond to the last request. When someone has an M6 I tend to think that it's a working tractor that is regularly needed for specific tasks and not a hobby tractor that can sit while a problem gets resolved.

I don't know if there are many similarities between the M models, but since I have an M6060 with hydraulic shuttle this post piqued my interest.
