Agreed!I bought replacement keys off eBay, like the following but for my KX42-2v mini ex.
5 keys for under $9 with free postage is not a bad deal. Work perfectly in my case.

This thread got me thinking...I don't have spare keys for my BX or B2910 anymore. Not sure how I lost them, but I did.Agreed!
An E-Bay seller is likely offering the key (keys) that you need.
I too, bought spare Kubota keys on E-Bay for cheap money!

I just ordered five off ebay for both. In each case under $10 each time for five keys delivered. Not in any hurry though. Delivery estimated is less than seven days. Works for me. Gives me time to lose a key or two in the future and not feel too bad about it.
Looks like E-Bay listing # 275332427549 should work for you.No inexpensive keys for the BX23S.
Many options. BUT the link I gave is for FIVE keys at about the same price for the one key you linked to (delivered price).Looks like E-Bay listing # 275332427549 should work for you.
$3.79 for a key plus $4.40 shipping.
Seller will likely agree to ship additional keys without increased shipping cost.
To each his own. BUT I remember that when I wanted a spare key for the mini EX I could get five for about the price (delivered) of one at the dealer, and I did not have to leave home to make that happen. The older series of BX tractors used a different key than the BX80 series tractors. I have a bunch of the older BX keys, but only the 2 of the newer 80 series keys, and would like some spares. I will pick them up at the dealership parts counter.
I think you might find that ANY of those less expensive keys from that link, would be useless for DustyRusty's model tractor. Many options. BUT the link I gave is for FIVE keys at about the same price for the one key you linked to (delivered price).
I wasn't talking about any tractor except the original poster's tractor. But I would expect, but do not know or care, that similar keys are available for tractors like DustyRusty may have...again don't know and don't care since this does not relate to the original thread.I think you might find that ANY of those less expensive keys from that link, would be useless for DustyRusty's model tractor.
I HAVE aftermarket keys!I wasn't talking about any tractor except the original poster's tractor. But I would expect, but do not know or care, that similar keys are available for tractors like DustyRusty may have...again don't know and don't care since this does not relate to the original thread.
Edit: Granted my mention of equipment other than what the OP has is in a way an off shoot, but the purpose was to show that these aftermarket keys actually work...
