Hello all,

I have a L4560 hoe attachment that until recently worked great despite its age. The Dipper/pick pulls in very sloooow, all the other hydralucis are good. I had the bucket and dipper/pick cylinders rebuilt ( leaked a little) thinking maybe a seal was the cause. reassembled and still not pick.

Check Kubota parts portal and my dealer and parts are all discontinued. Before I pull it all apart,, anyone have knowledge of this model? It appears to be basic,, o-ring/spring etc... all advice welcomed.

Chris

Does the stick extend at normal speed, or is it slow too?

Make sure the linkage is moving the spool full throw both ways.

I also had a 4560 hoe for my L. Good old setup that never let me down. Sure sounds like yours might have something internal to the spool block but before getting into it, check the hydraulic fluid and also the lines for any kinks, bends or blockage that might obstruct flow. Never had a problem with mine but I always thought the lines in the boom were less than well secured and could easily get damaged or bent.
