Let me give you a little history on this tractor in case there is some thing here that I missed that could be related to the current problem. 3yrs. ago they parked the tractor because they thought they were getting diesel in the motor oil, it had gotten water in the trans housing and froze locking transfer case so it wouldn't move got that thawed and was able to load on a trailer, got it to my shop, we pulled the injectors and had them tested, no leaks, while waiting for that we drained motor and hyd. oil and refilled with new filter and cleaned hyd. filter, then thought, hyd. low motor oil high, pulled hyd. pump, seal on shaft had come out, put back in place, tested for hyd. pressure, none tested steering pressure, none, pulled priority valve found sleeve stuck, cleaned, now have 1500 psi at steering and 2100 psi hyd. but lift arms not working right pulled position control valve every thing looked good, distance between plate and joint end 2.381, specs call for 2.342-2.382. I measured poppet valve lock nuts and put them back to the same measurement, assuming it was set right to start with. So in trying to adjust position control feed back rod, I have to lengthen rod several turns to get relief valve to close and then lift arms lower and won't do up unless rod is shorten and then relief valve opens again. Some things not right there.??
