Got a pin lodged in the 2nd stage fan. Good news is that the auger is working fine but fan is not turning when engaged. Wondering if this is just a shear pin in the fan assembly?

Is the blower front or 3 pt hitch mounted?
Blowers have shear bolts for the fan and the auger.
On 3 pt hitch models the pto shaft would have a shear bolt that protects the fan and auger but the auger would have its own shear bolt.
I have looked up the parts illustration and see a 3/8"x2" shear bolt.

Shear bolt for fan should be easily visible looking over auger towards fan
