L 3901 4wd HST right front axle leaking

Hello all been a while since posting, still lurking though. Thread title says it all ,been on search for an hour and can't find anything. New leak noticed today ,right front tire/rim covered with HST fluid appears to be leaking from knuckle housing/ hub, inside of tire n rimdripping ,hard to tell where it coming from.
Open to any and all input ,advice, experience, wisdom and knowledge about this situation .

This is why I use gear oil instead of hydraulic oil... thicker. Would it still leak? maybe / maybe not. If you clean it off, how fast is it leaking?

To discover where the fluid is originating, spray the area with brake cleaner, or similar cleaner, let dry then sprinkle a powder (like baby powder) on the area then watch to see what gets fluid the quickest. Then you will know where it is coming from and know where to proceed.

HST tractors uses SUDT2 or SAE 80 90 wt per owners manual . Really wondering g if I can diagnose/ fix this myself or if this is a trip to the Kubota dealer$hip. This just was noticed last night , tractor rim/tire is coated with oil on inside surfaces and puddle small on floor. Haven't checked front axle fluid level but am sure it will be low. Has anyone else ever done this or had it done ? My tractor just had SUDT2 changed at 400 hrs in transmission n front axle . Will call Kubota dealer next week . Wondering if I just keep adding fluid too be able to run tractor. Thanks to all who replied. Any and all input is appreciated and welcome. Good luck on all your projects.

Yes, topping off is fine so you can use the tractor....

There was a time way back when.... all tractors leaked oil from almost every part of the tractor.

Plenty of youtube videos that show replacing axle seals on these standard models...

Question? Did you not use ballast on the 3 point hitch when you carried heavy loads in the bucket or grapple???

Always have Landpride 6 way blade, sometimes Hardee bushog or Taylor Way 20 disc .
Hope I didn't work Big Orange to hard since Helene Hurricane, 120 + hours since September
10 days in ho ho hotel, lots of tree trunks and storm debris. For sure be calling Kubota next week. Thanks to all .
