Looking at a Kubota FS 1000 tiller for $900.00 firm....slightly used (46/48 inch??). Are they an OK unit and how does this price sound??? What are the round weights for, on the front?? Thanks Gary

I don't have any experience with any of the Kubota tillers but if they're anything like the tractors they should be better than OK! Not sure about price either seems I ran into one about 2 years ago and the guy wanted $500.00 but don't know much about the condition of it! at the time I didn't feel the need to go look at it! (Stupid Boy). I've since bought a used Chinese tiller, only paid $150 for it but it needed some work! Now I wonder how I ever tilled a garden with a walk behind at all! what used to take 4 hrs I now till in 30-45 min!
