Hello my mower deck does not go to the "Top position" on my BX2380. The front lifts, but the rear comes up maybe a inch. Is this normal?? Thanks

That started happening to mine last year and it was the linkage wore out and broke. Here's a video showing the part to check. If it's just the back you may need to look at the front hanger adjustment also.
