Kubota M125X Issue, Need help

We have a Kubota M125X we just had in the shop and pulled the seat out to repair an air line under the seat so it would quit going down on us. Now the tractor does not shift passed fourth gear in forward or reverse, high or low. Logic says its something to do with pulling the seat out but we cannot figure it out. Once you try to shift into 5th it just goes into neutral and starts beeping. You have to shut the tractor down to get it to go back into 1-4 gear but thats it. Any help would be appreciated. Thank You!

Check all the wires and connections to the seat safety switches.
