Why do you think you need to replace tappets?

If you need to replace tappets, the motor is junk!

In all my years of working on Kubota engines, I've never even see them with wear.
And I can't ever recall any other damage to one.
They are solid tappets not hydraulic.
And more importantly, if the tappet is bad you would need a new cam, as that would be damaged too.

I have an upper engine knock.put injectors in it and still didn't help it.i was thinking maybe a lifter or push rod.

GrainFarmer.com Farm Store.purchased from eBay and they was sopose to be genuine Kubota injectors that had been remanufactured and tested.
They are not OEM, and they are NOT TESTED.
99% of the injectors that are being circulated around are junk.
But if you have the same knock and no smoke then it's not an injector.

The knock is not a tappet or push rods.
Pull the valve cover and watch the valve train.

The knock is more than likely a wrist pin or rod bearing.

Have you adjusted the valves? I'm with Wolfman on the lifters. In 45 years I have never seen lifter issues on a Kubota.
