Kubota 3560

I have an L3560 and on my tractor there is a hydraulic top link. Its a good option but mine only wants to jerk up or down when i try to adjust making it very difficult to find the right adjustment, is there anything i can do to prevent this?

Put a restrictor in the line to slow it down.
