Nobody it their right mind would even waste the time to put def on anything. At least 1000s more of us scrapping and deleting the worthless systems that do nothing but waste money.
But it was s funny troll post.

I believe that his original post is a political post about what is happening in California, and he should be given a vacation in Siberia for a very long time.

I (my wife) spoke with a Kubota Engineer in Japan. He is part of a team designing tier 4 systems for the European market of the US equilivent of the ZD1011. He said the engine is the same and with minor modifications to the tractor panels, it will work just fine, but said I would need to mount the DEF tank on the back of the tractor.
DEF systems are not used on small tractors <100 HP.

DPF systems are.

I'm thinking you're either very misinformed, an AI bot, or just looking to get a rise on a tractor website.

Nothing makes sense to me.

I've reported your post as a possible spam bot just in case. Your location listed as "Earth" adds to the suspicion.

To my knowledge, a BX1880-1 does not have any computerization/electronics (i.e., ECU) built into the engine.

Everything is mechanical. I checked parts diagrams, and they seem to reinforce my thought. Except for relays and switches, nothing computerized in the tractor.

I don't see how a DEF or DPF can be "bolted on" without some serious changes to the tractor and its controls.

I agree, this guy is just trolling, trying to stir things up.
stirring things up ........... now there is a new concept!!!

Sitting back and watching the piranhas swim in circles.

At least this is about a tractor ! :ROFLMAO:
