I need to buy wiring harness for a 2004 Kubota r420 serial number 10256 and part number for the wire harness is R2401-53413.
Any ideas where I can buy it I’ve been searching for days

Seems it is not available (any more?).
There are mutiple versions of that harness, that's why you get that message in a normal search.

Wolfman said there are several versions. Maybe one with another number can be used and is available. But I would not have a clue how to find out. A good dealer would know.

May I ask what happened to the original wires? I assume you considered repairing the old one already and discarded that option.

Hopefully you can get the WSM and the wiring diagram for your machine.
With that , you can 'ring out ' each wire and confirm /deny it's good. One trick is to print off several copies of the wiring, use a highligher to show a wire HAS been tested.
Slow and steady will win.

Did you look at the link in Wolfmans post #5? It looks as if there are several wire looms required, each available in different versions. I do not know what the difference between those versions is but it may not be a 1:1 swap; you may have to spend a lot of time there too. And that after paying between $2000 and $4000  depending on the versions you need.

I know it looks messy now but tidying it up and finding and correcting the faults may be still cheaper and something you should consider.

I've been faced with similar looms in cars and repairing the old one always turned out to be quicker than making a new one or cheaper compared to buying a ready made one, even considering a good hourly rate.

My sympathies. I was expecting that it burnt up or had a major rodent event. Are you doing this as a restoration or just need it to be functional? And safe?

I rewired much of my ol B7100 but it's a MUCH less complex electrical system. But the biggest PITB for me are harness interconnects and the various terminations. And wire colors. Just a long exercise of patience and good tools. It's terrible to strip wire when it's corroded and badly tarnished under the insulation.

Best wishes. And do yourself a favor and get wire from a supplier like Platt or Graingers. And shrink tube with adhesive sealant.

@david_vechirko , are you good with electrical stuff? Just seeing that abortion of wires in your pictures would have me finding individual problems vs replacing a harness in total. And how much stuff has to come apart so you can lay in the new harness and dress it out?

Are you going to open up everything and lay the new harness in with the old and remove/reconnect circuits one by one? Or will you totally remove the old one, lay in the new one, and all the connections will be logical? I don't want to be a naysayer but you have a huge project on your hands regardless of the direction.

I love a grudge match but I have my limits.
