Hey all,
My B7001 doesn't have the switch under the seat for adjusting the drop speed for the PTO. I am having no problems, but am curious if this is common in that I have read alot of post lately about adjusting this switch on B7100's.
Just trying to see if it is worth the effort to source a B7100 adjustment plate to install.
Thanks.
KC

Hi KC,
just to be clear on what part we are talking about hear, is this the rate of lower on the 3pt hitch on top of the hitch spool valve by some chance or are you thinking about the PTO speed selector lever on the side of the gearbox.

if the first option you should have an adjustable bolt and lock nut ontop of the spool valve, this adjusting method is used on all these models inc b6000 so it must have the orifice there, if you do not have it you will not be able to control the rate of descent of the 3pt hitch, it may have been just plugged with a bolt screwed all the way in.
