GST 3010 Engine miss 2100rpm

Cannot get rpm's over 2100, at higher rpm engine will intermittently miss, and smoke a bit (rich) . Air filter new/clean , fuel lines flowing no restrictions. Am I looking at an inection pump or an injector ?
It runs like it should under 2k

If it truly has good fuel and good flow it more likely to be injectors.
DO not get Amazon, ebay, or other generic seller of injectors as there is a rash of junk ones on the market.
Either true OEM, Oregon fuel injection, or a local shop to rebuild them.
