Dan,
Did I wrong you in another life? Sorry if there was something that was not appreciative in my voice.
The B8200 stats: 60.4" WB /106.7" Length/Width 55.3"/Weight 1565 lbs
The L2502 stats: 63.4" WB/108.5 " Length/Width 55.1"/ Weight 2833 lbs
So yes the L2502 is 1.8" longer. My question was dealing with material composition for the extra 1300 lbs.
Thank You for your patience.
Ron
Ron,
There are many more dimensions and component differences to the equation other than WB and Length and width.
A 56.6 CID engine compared to the L2502's 100.5 CID for example. I would assume, yes I know, lol , dangerous to assume, but the L2502's engine is going to weigh more.
Tires and wheels being larger, on and on.
I would also be willing to bet that even if the L2502 had the same components made out of cast aluminum that the B8200 had , the L2502 would still weigh more.
