G1800 d662 ??

Rebuilding my mom’s g1800. Got it all back together except the head. Originally they had a little o-ring in one corner of the head gasket. New gasket isn’t here yet, but in the diagram it don’t show any o-ring. Is this embossed into the new gasket or am I supposed to order an o-ring separately?

Isn't that an oil galley that the O-ring seals? On the older engines that O-ring was not part of the head gasket, from my experience.

On some Kubota models it will be listed with the head gasket then they include it, on others it's listed with the crank case then it's not included.

Yours's is listed with the Crankcase so more than likely not included.

And this is an FYI caution for others, as you probably already know.
The O-ring for that is not a regular O-ring, it's a compressible O-ring.
Using a standard rubber or nitrile O-ring will not let the head seat correctly and seal the gasket.
