I have a B748 snow caster/blower left over from my B7100. It uses a front PTO. I see where Kubota has an optional front PTO kit for the B2150, so I was thinking I might adapt the blower to my newest tractor. Has anyone used it and does it have the small 17 spline connection or the bigger set of splines? Does anyone have one they would part with?

No, I mean front. It bolts to the fan pulley on the front end of the crank.

As far as I know all the B7100 front PTOs have male splines on the crankshaft/pulley. The picture you posted shows female splines on the pulley. I think you would need to make or alter a shaft to engage the female splines.

John, would you not just remove item 10 and you're in business?
It would expose the end of the crank just like the 7100.

You are right. I hadn't come to that realization yet!! I do have the male spline adapter for the B7100 that was used to bolt on to the front pulley if the splines on the end of the crankshaft were damaged. I had forgotten I had it. I could probably adapt it. It has 3 holes rather than two.

No. The B2150 crankshaft doesn't have any splines on the end, if understand what you are saying.

If you have or an get part #10 in good shape. Then it would be relitivly easy for a machine shop to make the corresponding shaft with the male spline. It is easier to cut male splines than female splines. Or if you can buy the shaft with the correct male splines you could have your old shaft from the snowcaster welded to the new shaft with the correct male spline.
