Have an LA1065 loader on a MX5200, and love it, specially with the Piranha tooth bar.

Is there a way to adjust the speed in which the FEL main lift arms are lowered? In my opinion, the loader lowers too fast for my liking, which sometimes create "oscillations". Not sure it there is any flow adjustment on the control valve itself.

Or, it might just be the operator.....

Its a learning curve, knowing the travel of the control lever and figuring how hard to push it.

If it has float and you are setting it on ground, snap it in and it will travel at a controlled free fall.

I has float function. Like you said, it probably just a practice issue, where I''m going to far with the valve control at times :)
