I had to take an Eye Exam before I could keep operating my Kubota.

Well that’s not the whole story. They get a Christmas bonus if they have worked long enough, I’ve heard. They earn Paid Time Off which they can use to be paid. If the store is open they can work voluntarily or not.
I don’t work there so I’m just thinking about it, not experiencing it.

Mostly they get to wear goofy costumes and help the crazy last minute shoppers!
