D722 high compression

Any ideas why my d722 would have high compression? It has become hard to start blowing black smoke. Once it fires up it seems to run just fine. Did a compression test and it has 430lbs on 2 cylinders and 560lbs on 1 cylinder. Could it be a bad injector? Thats my only guess. Thanks

Yea unless it's flooding (because of a bad injector) or coolant (cracked head, blown head gasket, usually white smoke too) there is no logical reason for it to have that high of compression.

on my bx
430 is in the correct range for that engine, 560 is high, have no idea what could cause compression to be too high, never heard of that
