Your local auto parts store should have pressure tester to rent. And adapters. Probably like an inport adapter, nissan or Toyota may fit your rad.

Sound slike all the 'normal bases' have been covered....so a head scratcher for sure.
It'll be nice to hear WHERE the coolant has GONE ! You'ld think that amount of coolant WOULD leave a stain or two 'somewhere' !

Surprised no one has brought this up but what’s the actual temperature?

“Dots” on the temperature gauge is just a reference. Get a temp gun and see what temperature the radiator, engine block, and thermostat housing is. It might not be running hot, just warmer than normal.

I will agree if your loosing coolant that’s another issue to solve.
