@johnjk - when I followed the instructions @xrocketengineer linked, there was an option to check driver updates. Said they were up to date. Did that accomplish it?

I’m going to do some shopping for powered USB strip and a Bluetooth mouse as suggested.

Sounds like those will solve my problems. …..well, computer problems……

RCW, drivers are usually separate from system BIOS updates. I do know for Dell when you put your service tag in their site, it will show you all updates needed for your device. Hopefully their site shows that the BIOS is up to date. A Bluetooth mouse may resolve the issue and a powered usb port should Definitely resolve it. Now if I can just get auto correct to function to my liking….
