Thought I'd throw this in for anyone who hasn't purchased this oil but wish they would have.
On Saturday, I went to the local Advance Auto website to check on the oil. It was showing $15.95/gallon. Since even that seemed like a good price, I decided to order 2 gallons. Shortly after I placed the online order, someone from the store called to say they didn't have any in stock but could order some. That was fine with me so I kept the order, stating that I would pick it up on Tuesday.
Today is Tuesday and I was picked up the oil. At checkout, I mentioned that other Advance Auto stores in other places were selling this oil for $8.95/gallon. They said, "Let me look into this." And, look into it, they did. I got the oil for $8.95!
So, if you want to try to get the savings, check with your local store and explain as mentioned above. You may get the same deal!
