Anyway decided to treat the bush hog to a greasin. Found a missing zerk, on the front U joint of the PTO. Has one of them modern circle in a triangle shaped drive lines. Don't know for sure what size or spec, the hole is, fer the zerk, but I couldn't find a metric or a standard fitting in the new boxes, that would fit. Got tired of the fight, and walked over to the pile, where I keep a coupla old, removed drive lines. Stole a zerk from a similar line, don't know iff'n it were a standard or a metric, But it threaded in, used a 7/16" wrench to tighten it...
