L3301HST, LA525, BH77, LP tiller, LP grader box, LP blade, BX2380
Finally got some time today to fiddle with the BX2380 I bought last Saturday.
Neat little machine.
I picked up a quick hitch at Rural King and spent the day altering various attachments to work with it.
My questions thus far are:
1) Do all BX's shudder when shut down? Motor mounts seem very soft.
(not a complaint just an observation)
2) Is there an auxiliary power circuit hidden somewhere near the rear end
like there is on a L series? My operators manual doesn't show it.
3) Is there some rule of thumb regarding how much weight to hang on the
front to counter weight various implements? I'm still waiting on my
rack and suitcase weights. With my tiller on the quick hitch, I do
wheelies when I go forward. Kind of fun after the startle factor wore
off. Want to be able to steer yet keep the front footprint light enough
to not damage the yard.
