BX1500 and Flail Mower

Anyone running a BX1500 with a flail mower? I was told I could run a 42" brush hog with no issues, but the flail would be better suited for end result. Any help is appreciated.

I can't find a flail that will work with only 10HP?
Smallest I can find is 16hp minimum.

Is the 16 hp at the rear PTO? The tractor is 15hp.

You only have 10.5 HP at the PTO.
