BX Radiator Overflow Tank

What caused this to lose its shape. Found the picture when looking at another website. Tractor looked fine, just the tank caught my eye.

Vacuum would do it, but the hose from the rad would have to fit a lot tighter than the one on my BX2380 does, plus the vent would have to be plugged, too.
I suspect some significant heat was involved as well.

Yeah, I’m thinking something got hot.

Wire loom looks like it got toasted too.
