This is my first tractor, bought it roughly half a year ago on the facebook marketplace.

I keep having issues with the hardware popping off while I'm bush hogging and then the bush hog will sink or become uneven, it digs into the tires(even when all the hardware is on).

My friend suggested hooking my truck to the hog via tow chain and trying to "yank it into place", I am trying to find some other options before resorting to that.

Any suggestions on how to correct this?

It looks like you're missing any stabilizers for your 3-pt. These can be inside of the arms, or outside. They can also be limiting chains, here is an example:

Good luck and watch out for those tires!

The implement pins can be removed and turned to point in towards the center of the implement. That will move the arms further away from the tires.

then you need to add stabilizers per the above. I believe your tractor is similar to a L185 and that has some tabs on the rear axle for check chains. The other end bolt to the lower arm in a hole (that yours seem to have some pin in?). Here is a picture from the illustrated parts list that may help. There is a member here that makes the stabilizer arms as shown above. They would be custom designed to fit the tractor. Contact @hodge by clicking on his name and start a conversation if you are interested.

As suggested above. Move your pins to the inside of the implement, get some limiting chains and install them (they are missing) and DO NOT listen your 'friend'. You'll be fine.

Looks like you have one stabilizer on left.

Tractor supply has heavy duty lunch pins that have stronger spring ring. Usually black. Resist having brush flip them off. Down side they are better at finger pinching.

Moving the pins inboard is a good idea. Having my share of older equipment and tractors, 3pt geometry was more varied than now. Had several with solid sway bars. Sometimes implements required custom modifications.

On the right side, why would there be a hitch pin (where it's damaging your tire)? Can't tell form the photos but it looks like maybe that was someone's idea for mounting one end of a sway bar? As mentioned, you should have chains or bars on both sides to limit the sideways movement of the three point and equipment.

All factory hardware would be nice, but there are plenty of good sturdy aftermarket parts to solve the problem.

Bingo. Needs to go.

Left stabilizer appears to be in place but do not see one on right side. Adding another to right side will help.

Yes, reversing hitch pins will help.

Agree with earlier poster about HD lynch pins but locking type are even better, if difficult to find.

Most Kubota tractors have turnbuckles to eliminate sway where those pins are. My guess is somebody has gotten creative with the linkage on your tractor but I cant find a parts diagram for an L2000.
