Hello everyone a few weeks ago i bought a Kubota Bulltra B1-15 for some work around the house.
Last week ive started encountering problems with hydraulic lift(3point?)
Now i've checked the oil and it seems to be very low(not even on the dipstick).
Can anyone tell me what type of oil i have to use for this?
and whats the best place to fill it up?
On the rear of the tractor just above the PTO shaft i found a small metalcap covering a rubberplug. is this the normal place to fill it?
I hope that someone can help me out so i can start using it again.

P.S. My english wont always be the best since its not my first language.

Your English is better than most of ours!:D Welcome to the board.:)

I believe you are correct on the fill - and is there a place to get "UDT" there?

Yours is a gear driven tractor - so the oil is not as super critical as it would be with HST. Can you find a "hydraulic oil" that "meets" the specs of Kubota UDT locally?

Sadly there are little to no manuals available for that series of tractor, there are also very few of these in the US and Canada.

As far as the fill it should be a fairly large cap to fill the hydraulic fluid, yes sometimes it's just above the PTO other times it's in front of the seat.

It should be next to, or close to the dipstick / level gauge.

If you would post a picture We can tell you if it's right or not. ;)

Pretty sure i found the filling gap.
When i get behind a pc ill figure out how to post a picture. UDT is the kubota transmission/hydraulic oil?? And what specs does it have?

Noto, from the Netherlands, right? See Yenibiz or Vert Service in Belgium, they may have a (heavily overpriced) manual for you. Concerning the oil you may want to search for STOU or UTTO oils. Let me know if I can assist further.

I found a japanese operation manual and it look like the fill is under the front of the seat. ;)

Yep from the Netherlands(almost in germany though). and thanks ill try to local
tractorshop(parts/maintenance) and hope they have the oil.

Grootjes! Sorry my Dutch isn't very good.

If you put weight on the arms, do they lower? Just put the lever in the lower position, and stand on the arms. They should go down smoothly.

Quick question could the low oil lvl
be part of the problem that prevents the hydraulic arms from lowering?
I helped them up and now they wont lower.
No, a low oil level won't keep it from lowering.

Have you turned the fall adjustment knob under the set, that effects drop speed, and you can even lock it in the up position.

Ive used this knob im assuming that turning it left opens it and makes it lower faster.

I turned it al the way open(left).
And it wont lower. Not even with me standing on it.

Sounds like you have a feedback rod or control issue.

Pictures of the Three point and controls will help. ;)

Yep now you got it working.

Yikes, monromatic controls... Nothing about the US versions are the same with that system, ours are all mechanically controlled.
All I can say is up and down are controlled by electric solenoids, and that controller is sealed if I remember right, so no repairs are available for it.
Start by checking fuses and wiring, look at plug connections, ground wires and ground connections too.

So far ive not yet seen any fuses. And the wiring its a mess. Anyone with locations of the 2 solenoids for up and down? And i assume that when the up solenoid gets powered to 12volts it goes up and the same for down right?
