Bucket hooks

So you cant hurt the hydraulic cylinders by fulling extending them and pulling? I heard something to that effect on one of those new tractor owner youtube videos and Im trying to understand what to watch out for.

Maybe I misunderstood the issue but I thought pulling the cylinders out all the way under a load would damage the seals. Not a bending concern, but putting to much pressure against the seals.

Yes both pics are from your site. Im trying to determine where to put the hooks. I anticipate having to pull straight up and was concerned that curling the bucket under, as in the first pic, would stress the cylinder seals too much under heavy weight.
No having the cylinders at full extension will not hurt the seals.

Like Kenny has said the only risk of damage would be if you tried to force the rods back in at full extension which bends the rods.
