Check or replace the radiator cap. I know it's a long shot but a weak cap spring can cause coolant loss. They make kits that you can use the hand pump to pressurize the radiator and also to check the cap spring.

I was just thinking that for the reason while I was running it today I realized the air intake is right next to the cap. If its leaking a small amount it will definitely be sucked into the inlet!

Be easy to check. Like in Sling Blade the movie where Karl is looking at a tiller that Scooter can't get going. "It ain't got no gas", always check the simple things first!

Probably a dumb question as it sounds like you have checked everything, but have you ever checked the overflow tank when the engine is hot? Not after a cool down prior to shutting down, but jumping off the tractor while mowing and popping the hood for a quick check of the overflow tank level?

Yeah
It's about the same level as I started with.
It should be higher from engine heating up.
Mind you this is after running for an hour or so.

I've got a bx 2370-1 with 700 hrs and it has always used a bit of antifreeze. I have to add maybe a pint once every 6 mths. Took me awhile to find where my leaks. It seeps a bit from the weep hole on the water pump. It doesn't make any mess or anything like that on the motor or anything. I do know it comes from there because everynow and then I'll get a whiff of hot anitifreeze. The only way I found out where mine was leaking was that you can see the stain around the weep hole on the underside of the pump. I installed a cab and cab heater and put my return into the lower rad hose so when I was making up my fittings and hose connections I had to remove the lower rad hose and was able to really get a good look at the water pump. Its still under warrenty untill next spring and really for the amount of fliud loss that I have I'am not to concerned about it. Sometimes the mechanical seal on the pump shaft just doesn't seal quite right, be it on cars , trucks etc;

I kind of had an epiphany last night when I was looking at the tractor I had it running at 2700 rpm The air intake is right next to the radiator Cap .when I opened the cap while it was running a couple drops fell off the cap ,the drops immediately Got sucked into the inlet. The cap is a cheesy Chinese unit if it is leaking at all I would never know because the intake was instantly sucking it in. I ordered a new stant cap. I will see if this changes anything.

You could tape or tie a bit of cotton sheet on the water pump vent and round your rad cap, or hose fittings, run it hard for a day and check for staining.

Hello all,
I figured I would post up about my current issue with my brand new bx.
I currently have 24 hours on her and I'm extremely anal about maintenance. Clean top to bottom after every use. About a month ago I noticed my overflow was completely empty....
So I filled it up cold to fill line. Said to myself maybe air pockets in the new system. It takes me 1.25 hrs to mow my lawn. So for the last 4 weeks I cut my lawn and every time the level dropped 1/2". So now it's almost empty again!! I checked for leaks, absolutely nothing. No oil in antifreeze and vice versa. So only option left is it's burning it. My background is 20yrs as a master ase tech. I called my dealer explained all this to them. They sent a guy to look at it. He looked at hoses ran it for 4 minutes and said all looks normal....
I call dealer a couple hours later and ask what they thought.
He said level goes up and down with operation and looks normal but before he tells me all is normal he will call Kubota and ask if there's been any more issues like this! I explained again and said no way it's normal to go through almost a gallon in 2 months!! He said he will call me back tomorrow. Felt like I was being brushed off. I called Kubota corporate and they pretty much told me to call dealer. I'm sooo upset about this! I waited 10 years to be able to finally be able to afford a brand new awesome Kubota. Now this. Really sucks.

If there isn't any coolant in your oil or oil in your coolant there has to be a leak my experience with the dealer Agricon Ocala is they are pretty much useless set it up on concrete with a pet pee pad under it after filling it start it and let it run for a while if it leaks it should show up on the pad and if it does the location on the pad will give you an idea where to look my brand new bx, only about 30 hours on it,after I brought it would mow about a hour then die like no fuel so I ordered new fuel filters 2 and replaced them same thing. contacted dealer they said bring it in they would look at it there solution was either I had water in the fuel that had turned to gel or trash in the tank and for a 1000 dollars they would remove the tank and clean it. I knew it was bs because the great care I had taken fueling it and I always kept the tank full after some research here on orange talk I found someone who had the same issue they had removed his tank himself and found plastic trash from the tank in the pickup in the tank, said it looked like trash from when the hole was put in for the pickup tube so i took the hose off the filter from the tank and blew air back thru it and sure as the sun comes up there was trash in mine too. purchased a new fuel filter with a bowl made a bracket to mount it inside the loader frame put a shut off valve in work fine ever since Im sure if I had let the dealer do the tank cleaning, they would have not revealed it was a factory issue and gladly taken my money, up to 200 hours and no fuel issues yet. good luck. not saying all Kubota dealers are sketchy south Georgia tractor and crystal Kubota have been great to work with.
