Hi All, I recently aquired a B9200HST 4WD that blew out the right front hub assembly, its not repairable, so I'm looking for used parts. I'm thinking that I might just swap out the whole front axel if the price is right. My Question... Can I use a front axle from a B8200HST or a B7200? What are my options? Thanks for any feedback, -Carey

No a B7200 and B8200 have different differential gears.

Axle from a B2150 should cross over.

Now the outer case is the same as a B8200

I would be looking for the parts you need as a full axle assembly is going to be pricey!

Send @Mountainman a message and see if he has the parts you're looking for.

I would but both halves of the wheel up assembly are ruined from it being driven around with the bearings completely disintegrated by previous owner. the part you show from ebay has a hole punched in the casting next to where the lower bevel gear goes in. The upper casting that houses the vertical driveshaft has a destroyed lower bearing race and seal groove. Bevel gears are expensive and there's over $150 in bearings seals and snap rings. Sooo. I'm out looking for salvage parts over the next few days. That's while I'm looking for interchange info on the 4wd front axel. Thanks for replying to my post, -Carey

As far as a complete axle swap your only options are b2150 and b20. Neither show up in salvage yards often. B8200 does share some parts but not axle as a whole. I do have a b20 here in northeast Alabama and can freight it to you.
