B2910 forward and reverse barely work

On a previous Kubota there was a filter screen that required removal/cleaning. Does yours have that? IIRC it looked much like a bolt on the right side.

Yes I have this I replaced this and the o-rings on the hose on it.

i have a belly blade and this also slips and does the same issue.

You have confirmed that you have a slipping clutch. First, try adjusting it per the procedure in the WSM. If that doesn't correct it you'll have to replace it.

Yes you have a main clutch that is going out.
You might be able to get some adjustment out of it, but I wouldn't hold my breath on it.
