B2714C Subframe Parts Help.. Pics up!

Can anyone tell me where this goes on the B2714C subframe? I just bought a used twice B2782B snowblower for my B2601 and this came with the subframe. I know Im missing some bolts, washers and the 2 spacers for the subframe but Im wondering what this extra plate is for? Did it replace the 2 spacers?

I believe the spacer is used on the left side (as sitting on tractor) only when there is no FEL.
