yup we got a pretty stern warning from the training center guys in, either 2019 or 2020. I left the dealer (and kubota) in 2020, so I'm out of the loop now. I'm assuming that part hasn't changed.
There are probably thousands of owners out there living with this problem because the TSBs aren't shared freely and they don't know about the free fix. These should be just as available as recall info.

According to the TSB it covers ALL of the LX3310 models. No serial number break like some models listed.

most dealer communications are confidential and proprietary. Some of them have information in them that doesn't need to get to the public. Not that it's bad, it's just information that pertains to certain things, such as but not limited to, emissions, etc. Thats why a lot of those tsb's aren't published publicly; or that's what was explained to me to be more specific. I see both sides of that as an owner and a tech. I may or may not agree with the argument on either side.
