Ac compressor turning slowly L3430

Sent tractor to dealership to have AC serviced, they cleaned, evacuated, recharged and told me it works fine.
i have the same problem now as when i sent it in

once the tractor heats ups the compressor clutch will engage but spin very slowy, like 20 rpm slowly
of course it then blows hot

the hotter is outside the faster this happens
ac will normally blow cold for 20-30 minutes before this happens
this weekend in 95f it lasted for about 10 minutes

any suggestions on where to start would be appreciated

check bearings on the compressor.

engine off
belt off
switch and ac on so clutch is engaged

i can spin compressor by hand feels ok, no dragging
no lateral movement etc

how else do i check bearing on sealed compressor?

Either belt tension is too low or you have excessive high side pressure. If it is over charged it it can cause this although the pressure switch should cause the clutch relay to disengage before it goes too high. It's possible a restricted/plugged condenser or insufficient airflow as well.

But I would say the most likely cause is the belt, pulleys or belt tension.
