Hi everyone, seems I lost my clutch adjustment bolt, anybody knows the thread size of the bolt? Part number is 66711-13320 I am asking since in my country there it could be hard to find b7100 parts, and I don’t want to order just a bolt from overseas 😂

Yes, I assembled it facing wrong way…I am not sure I got mislead by a video of disassembly where it was laying down, so I assembled it also laying down 😂…glad I didn’t move the tractor as the rear gear could got broken by the cylinder

I have removed the 3 points hitch and found the piston in the oil 😅 seems I assembled it incorrectly now issue is fixed Thx everyone

I I have checked and it is tight,,,I suspected it could be the piston, and when I opened the cover I didn’t see the piston, is this normal

I will check that part no, I didn’t change the o-rings on the filter….but one thing to mention is that after I assembled the tractor again, the hitch worked fine but was stuck at the top…once I applied wait it dropped and never raised again

Hi everyone I have split the tractor to change the reverse gear, and I changed the hydraulic oil, and cleaned the hydraulic filter. After assembling the tractor, the three point hitch raised and didn’t lower. So I applied some weight on it to lower it, and suddenly it became loose and doesn’t...

I will go the welding route; since I was able to split the tractor, with the hydraulic line is still in the rear part (since I wasn’t able to remove the filter). I will take the gearbox to weld shop to weld a suitable nut and hopefully I will be able to remove it

I believe the hex size is 26;

It is #3 I have attached a picture of the nut.

The S/N of the tractor is B7001-71659

yeah, I will tear it down completely to inspect everything for the filter/strainer, it is the hex stripped

Sure tomorrow once I complete the stripping, but I believe it is the same gear Marty changed in his gearbox restoration video in YouTube

Hi I have B7100 (non HST) and it has noise (some how grinding noise) only when in reverse. Any ideas what to check. I will check the diff lock if stuck, and also would see if disengaging 4wd makes any difference, and might open the gear box cover to see if I can see any damage there

UPDATE: I found out a loose wire (the one going from the motor to the +ve battery, once tightened, it started charging battery.

Yes, and as mentioned, it varies from 12.4 to ~26 I measured the output directly from the regulator (I disconnected the red wire of the regulator and tested output from there) The battery voltage is 11.98V

I have it bolted, and assured it is grounded. I even connected its black cable to the negative terminal of the battery
