    MX6000 hyd inlet pipe

In my hands that sounds like a gigantic mess!! I went to Lowes and bought some new 5 gal buckets and I am just going to drain the fluid and put it back in.

    MX6000 hyd inlet pipe

Ordered a new pipe today, and I got it beat back enough to stop it from dripping. Tractor has less than 20 hours, so I am going to try and save as much fluid as possible.

Bent Hydraulic Inlet Pipe on MX5200

Just did the same to mine. Wondering if you had to drain the oil or if you could swap it and lose some fluid. Probably a big mess! Did you need to loosen the filter side or were you able to get the pipe in by removing the two bolts holding the pipe in place. Thanks!

    MX6000 hyd inlet pipe

Just bought this tractor and its been great. I noticed a puddle of hydraulic fluid under it tonight. It looks like I bent up the hydraulic pipe and its leaking. We have been clearing some land and using the grapple to clean up and stack. I guess I took a stick up into it. Self inflicted, but...

    Mx6000

For several weeks I have been reading everything I can about new Kubota tractors. I have a lot of kubota stuff, but I have only owned two tractors. An old L2350 then went to a L3600 a number of years ago. Its been a great tractor and we have really beat it hard. Decided I wanted a cab. I...

    Upgrading tractor and grapple

The time has come. I am going to add a new tractor to the stable. My old L3600 is still going strong but I am looking at a MX6000 with cab. It seems about the same size and has about 60hp compared to 39hp. Anyone else make this jump? I am going to keep the L3600 at the house and use the mx...

    Kubota 057-4 running hot

Thanks, that is my plan. I spent the extra $ on this one because it had such low hours, just hope its something simple.

    Kubota 057-4 running hot

I recently bought a 2019 057 with 300hrs on it. Very good condition. We have used it a number of times and it has worked flawlessly. Today it started to get hot doing light work. Let it idle and it cools down but not all the way. Rad is clean, belt is good. Fan is pulling lots of air through...

Looking for an easy access for jump starting and charging

I did. I found one "statistic" that based it on responses to car fires. If there are tons more gas cars running around, of course they are going to have a greater chance of being involved in a fire! Fun with statistics :) I will let others be the first to jump on the electric tractor wagon.

Looking for an easy access for jump starting and charging

On my l3600 I just have a tender plug hanging out of the grill. The tractor gets used most of the year, so it rarely goes on the tender. Big fan of Battery Tender products.

Adding FUEL to the MX6000 makes me cuss

Exactly what I do, using the same diesel jug!

    B6200HST rear axle oil leak?

Clean the area with brake parts cleaner and try and find the source. My axle case (L3600) was leaking. It wasnt hard to fix. Just needed to be resealed.

Who's Using a Trickle Charger / Battery Tender?

Dang, that sucks. Maybe they aren't made like they used to be. Most of mine are pretty old, but one of more newer ones is made a little different. I hate when companies with a good reputation sell out.

Who's Using a Trickle Charger / Battery Tender?

I have several Deltran battery tenders (1.25amp) and all my stuff hardwired. I have been using them for years, wait probably decades now! I have had good luck with the Deltran brand, especially the 1.25amp models.

    Leaking Boom Cylinder

I have an LA680 loader and have rebuilt all my cylinders over the years. I ran into the same issue with trying to get the right seals. I think I bought the wrong ones once but was able to return them. It isnt a hard job. Gets easier the more you do it! Its a good warm up for doing the steering box.

    Need a replacement battery

Same here. All my stuff is hardwired for a battery tender.

    Need a replacement battery

I usually just buy a new battery based on what was originally in there. My tractor will sit for weeks without running, so I typically keep it on a tender most of the time. I find that does more for longevity than trying to figure out what battery is made where and how good it is. Most of it is...

Battery maintainer port for my BX1880

Same experience here with battery tenders. I use Deltran tenders on all my stuff. Well worth it.
