    l2550 d1402 di 3 cylinder hard start when hot

    ok, here goes, I have just rebuilt the complete motor on this. I now have 400+ psi compression. My question is, prior to the rebuild, this engine was difficult to start when hot. It's still doing that. It appears that if you leave it to cool off for an hour or so - it will fire right back up...

    Hello, Can anyone tell me what model kubota used the D1402 IDI engine. It'"s my understanding that they used this earlier on and then replaced it with a D1402 DI . Thanks.
