    What's cookin' boys?

Zojirushi makes really nice bread without much interaction. First try at a loaf of banana bread that came out great and a 9 inch tall loaf of white bread. The most used appliance in our kitchen.

Found a roof of an old truck in my backyard...

I have spent more getting flat tires fixed then I received twice at the local junkyard. Now I pile it by the road with a free sign and it disappears on its own. Depends on what you have.

Found a roof of an old truck in my backyard...

Ours doesn't have a cord. Sits on the woodstove ready to use. Found in in the barn of our first house that was an old potato farm. I dug many tons of old potato plow blades, disc's, and worn cultivator teeth up behind the old chicken coop. Back then a ton of steel would buy a case of Schlitz...

Found a roof of an old truck in my backyard...

I'm guessing the aliens only needed it for landing and left it to save weight for takeoff. Looks like a flying saucer anti gravity thingamajig 👽. Saw one on ALF

Is a quick hitch worth it when you have adjustable links

I can't wait to try the toplink. Wound up getting it for $127.00 after discounts and points when the new stock arrived. Hope it works good being so cheap with hoses and qiuck connects. The stump grinder pto needs to be set to 17 degree universal angles so have to come up with some kind of gauge...

Is a quick hitch worth it when you have adjustable links

Boy is this sweet with attachments that are made for it. Got the stump grinder yesterday and took 15 seconds to hook it up. Still need to get off for the pto, but that slips in easily. I like how the top link has multiple holes so the implement matches my other attachments. Top link is...

    First Kubota

I have a cloth covered Grammer suspension seat in my tractor and it's very comfortable. They breathe and don't get hot like black plastic. Definitely a nice option.

    First Kubota

I definitely wouldn't recommend a rtv over a tractor for plowing after using both. Shifting of a rtv is a real pain in the axx I have found compared to just using a foot to reverse on a hydro tractor.

It took 10 years to bust up this Agri-Supply Quick Hitch; it took a couple hours to....

This time it should be good for another 50 years 🤗. Nice job.

    Box blade repair

Bandaid 😀, it's gonna bend again with those long link pins. I have the exact same issue with my box blade being to narrow for the quick hitch and was thinking longer hitch pins. You changed my mind 🤔. I have an old Harbor freight 10 ton porta power that makes things like that easy to bend...

Thinking about restoring my HLA pallet forks

So you learned some of Joe's secrets from that thread 😳. If you plan on leaving them outdoors why bother painting. Just wire brush the old loose stuff off and get a can of rust encaplulator or por15 for the bad areas and to seal the powder coat edges.

    Solar farm and a tornado

My problem is the cost of homeowners insurance if installed on the roof. That plus batteries makes it hard to get coverage at all. I'm working on a small portable system that has panels on an old equipment trailer and small insulated shipping container for batteries/inverters. It will plug into...

    Solar farm and a tornado

They put one on an old dump up by me. I have been playing with solar the last couple months and finding there will never be pay back for the investment. We went 12 days in a row January with zero sun and constant snow. With electricity rates gone from 14 cents a KWH to 25 cents a KWH in the...

Mine was red also. The day I turned 40, I picked up the newspaper and saw a Corvette for sale. Told my wife I was going to buy a Corvette. An hour later the seller followed me home with it. My wife thought I was crazy but enjoyed it also. Big thing I ran into was a red Corvette is a cop...

    Kubota MX5400 PTO

My post hole digger doesn't use the top link either. The arm pins to the mount after removing the turn buckle. As long as the pto shaft clears everything it seems like the shaft length may need adjusting as stated above. If it hits something then it may take some fabrication.

Is a quick hitch worth it when you have adjustable links

Most are about 3 inches. I'm thinking about replacing some and modifying others. Everything was sized for my old Deere or BX but the new tractor is slightly larger so I might as well upgrade. Everything from now on definitely will be quick hitch compatible. Mine has cat 1 lower pockets so...
