    On the left side down low. Try two things first sit on the seat turn the key on to start position then move the pro handle(s) slightly forward and backward. #2 same procedure move the hst pedal slightly in both directions. See if it try’s to start.

    Can you see the part number printed on the v-belt or the numbers are also stamped on the mower blades.

    The fuel transfer pump will not prime. Fuel is present and primed at all points.
