Sounds like a fun day. In really thick stuff(chest to head-high), I get about 1.1 acres /hr ... which can almost be doubled if it's low and smooth. I do a lot of good thinking while on the tractor.

Stumpy -- I just bought a 1986 L2850DT(small world!) ... also w/o the drawbar. Did you wind up making one ... or finding one new. I'll be searching soon // just haven't gotten enough bush-hogging done to take it off and check things out yet. Thanks much, JT

Thanks Bluegill! If there's a fluid in the tractor, it's been changed (along with any associated filters). Hopefully I'll run across a good used box scrape pretty soon. JT
