Hello all, question, I swapped rear wheels so they are inside out to help give a little wider foot print, also looks better IMO. Is this ok to do? or will it put too much strain on the rear axle assemblies? Approximately 5in more span.

Hello all, my key for the ignition switch keeps falling out. Is there an after market switch assembly available? I think it has 5 terminals and I have seen them for sale but wasnt sure any would work.

Hello, just bought 2 suitcase weights for the front of my L2000DT. They are 30LBS each, which might be a tad small, but they were only $40 for pair. Is there a set of front wheel weights out there that will fit this tractor? If so where can I get them? Thanks.

Hi all, getting the final touches done on the L2000DT. I bought some new amber fender light assemblies and am installing new wire from dash/console to fenders. I would like to know where to rout the wire, below the running board or along top by the shifter? because whoever did the wiring before...

I ordered new hoses off line as soon as I brought my L2000DT home. all available.

I got a shaft and some other side gear parts off E bay. The female yoke end of the front drive shaft is toast, along with the original shaft. Splines gone. I got an adapter 18 spline to 6 spline. Will have the end machined off and welded to the yoke, plus new shaft, good to go. I am interested...

Thanks. Thats what I was hoping. I guess the bearing is just lightly pressed into the case? and a slide hammer set up will pop it out?

I am needing to replace the spline shaft that comes out of the side gear box for the 4WD. I am wondering if anyone cane tell me if the shaft can be removed without removing the whole gear box. The shaft is #22, and I already removed the end plate #24. The manual I have says to disassemble it...

Yea thanks all. I drove the tractor around the yard without anything attached and put the PTO in gear and watched it spin, then pushed the clutch in and was totally amazed at how long it coasted before it stopped. That was with nothing attached.

Yes I know it has multiple speeds. Im not sure if it did it with PTO in neutral. Now that I think about it, I may have just had the clutch pushed in. Would that keep the PTO turning? I know there is "live PTO" and not but not sure the difference.

Last weekend I was able to get the new to me tractor out for some bush hogging. I never really paid much attention but noticed sometimes the PTO didnt seem to disengage. Push the cluth in, move PTO shaft to neutral and bush hog kept spinning. I thought it was just coasting but seemed a little...

Was hoping to get some help finding a tach meter for L2000/ L225. Mine froze up and broke a brand new cable. Got the cable but everywhere says meter is discontinued. I hope this isn't the case.

Anyone know where I can get a set of hood decals? L2000DT. or maybe Kubota Diesel ? It has L225 on it but thats not what it is. Thanks

Well after 2 months of buying this L2000DT, and a lot of sweat and more money, I finally got to take it up to my hunting property and bush hog. It did fine and best of all, no leaks under it this morning. The tach did quit working and the charge/ oil lights quit working and it doesn't seem to be...
