Good morning Kubota folks. First thank you for such an awesome site. I recently purchased an old L345DT with a L1720 loader. It needs a little work but will do fine for what I need around here. My dilemma is one of the loader lift cylinders leaks pretty good. It is making quite a mess. I have searched everywhere for a seal kit and cannot find one. Does anyone know of an available kit, or should I just take it to a hydraulic shop. I just hate to pay a boat load of money for such a simple job. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

just pull the ram & take it to yer local hydraulic shop & they will give ya what ya need . You may or may not be able to break the gland nut loose . For all the rams I've rebuilt it has always been cheaper for me to get the parts from my local shop .& install them by myself over finding & buying a kit online . Have ya been able to find a parts dwg of the ram ?

Thanks for the responce. I do have a drawing it just dont give seal sizes. I have never rebuilt a hydraulic cylinder before. I watched a couple of videos on it. I've built hotrods from scratch so it dosen't look terribly challenging. Should I disassemble the ram and take the parts in?

It looks like that seal kit is discontinued, so visit a local hydraulic shop.

Theres really not a lot to rebuilding a ram . The spot that may tie ya up is gettin the gland seal in . I used to have my guy pop the gland seals in for me till I bought a set of the gland tools . Most places will do the gland seal for free after ya buy the parts from them .
