There are lower three point arms that should be extending past the rear tires.
I guess you might be saying that the implement attachment points are too wide and the arms are swinging out and are too close to the tires. That is common on implements that I use on my L185F. I usually solve that by turning the implement pins so they point to the inside of the implement. There are a couple of implements that are just about too wide to get the arms apart to fit over the pins, but with careful placement of the implement to the tractor, I can get one arm on, then push the implement to that side so the other arm will go onto the other pin. You should remove the check chains to make it easier to spread the arms out to their maximum width. the pin at the front should have a hairpin clip that makes it easier to remove (if it is original parts ).
The check chains should be adjusted pretty tight if the arms are close to the rear tires so the arms can’t get into the rear tires. Especially if the tires have lugs like an agricultural (R1) tire. If the arm gets into the tire lug, it could pick the implement up and damage you or your equipment.
Added on edit: there was one implement that the pins were welded to the implement but to bars bolted to the implement. I had to remove the bolted on arm and then bolt it into a different location (or swap sides?) so the pins were closer together. That may have been the tiller which is RHINO brand.
