It is an electric actuator, there is no hydraulic pump involved. seems there's TWO versions...but
seems K7811-99670 refers to an electric/hydraulic kit, small motor spins pump to valve to cylinder
Pictures would be real nice to see ! The drawing I posted in #3, does show an 'all-in-one' unit #060 electric/hydraulic device.
If it IS as I kinda found it online, it is a simple device, You do need a GOOD ground as the motor will take 10-30 amps ?? I'll assume there's an inline fuse holder ? Again pictures are needed. Maybe post the installation papers ? Surely there's some write up about 'how to operate' it.
Connector could have 4 wires, +12, ground, 'up' and 'down'. 'up' powers the motor, life well lifts... 'dn' open a valve to allow oil to return, lift goes down by gravity.
