According to LP website, the Land Pride BB2596 is rated for a 25-55HP machine.A friend of mine told me he found a 8' Land Pride BB2596 Box Blade's For Sale. It was setup for snow removal and have poly cutting edges and NO RIPPERS.
Anybody knows how much it would cost to install STRONG rippers (and where to get them?) Thanks!
I have to agree with you. I'd rather wait for the right blade that will last me and match my tractor's power. Thank you!According to LP website, the Land Pride BB2596 is rated for a 25-55HP machine.
I think that if you do not want to be disappointed in whatever you get, it best not weigh less than 1000lbs, really 1200lbs at the minimum for your tractor.
You have a fair-sized machine, you need HEAVY DUTY implements, not homeowner stuff.
Definitely a nice blade IF i only had to take care of the driveway.. but i have so many more applications planned. Thanks for the suggestion though! If your looking to maintain a driveway, this is way better than a box blade!
The widest and most commercial use box blade that Land Pride offers with hydrualic scarifiers is the HR3584 which is only 7ft wide. I run a 7ft EA box blade and 7ft EA land leveler behind either tractor and they work well, but if you're set on an 8ft model with factory hydraulic scarifiers you'll have to look elsewhere. There was a used Land Pride box blade at the local Kubota dealer a couple of years ago with hydraulics and it was probably the HR3584, but it was too expensive at the time so I passed on it.I have to agree with you. I used my land plane when I built my house.Definitely a nice blade IF i only had to take care of the driveway.. but i have so many more applications planned. Thanks for the suggestion though!
Congratulations! I think that many here and from another forum might be more interested in how the purchase, waiting period and delivery transpire rather than the implement itself. Thanks everyone for the great input. I decided to bite the bullet and get the big
box blade that everthingattachments is selling. Should be delivered to me with the next month. Will keep you all posted.
