Brand new l6060 with 20 hr went into park regeneration no auto regeneration showed. Now 25 hr and the dpf is going up a 1 % every min at 2500 rpm. What can I do or should I buy a emulator to solve the problems because running engine at full rpm is not a good thing.help.

Actually the truth is quite the opposite! Running the engine not at max RPM's is a bad thing.
Whatever you are doing in the future - run the engine up high in the RPM range - I think you will be surprised that the regen will increase in hours.
Diesels produce soot - soot is bad all that way around, out the tailpipe and by the rings to the oil. Running at a higher RPM and under more load actually helps both. I know - that sounds crazy, but true!

Read your owner's manual about operating a tractor with Tier IV emissions. It will tell you to MINIMIZE idle time, and low rpm time, when operating the tractor. To burn off soot the engine needs to run hot which means higher rpms. So once the engine is warmed up, run it at least at 2000 rpms. But you DO NOT need to run it at redline!

If I'm reading this right, you are getting 1% per min dpf clogging while running at 2500.
There is no reason you should be gaining that fast.
Sounds like you have a problem, call the dealer.
That is contrary to what the dealer said. Even at 2000 rpm the pm % elevates rapidly as 1% every 30 seconds.

Neither of my tractors have that fancy DPF restriction gauge, which is probably a good thing. The MX would need a regen every 30 to 40 hours and the M6060 every 10 to 15 hours. I would pull the big 12ft folding cutter around my friend's field at 2,200 rpm or so making the tractor work, and thinking that it'll be a while until another regen, but not the case. After 10 hours of work I'd often get a regen request when running at low rpm such as getting the tractor on/off the trailer.

gaining 60% / hr when running 2,500 rpm to me clearly indicates you have something wrong going on.
A trip back to your dealership is likely warranted as
1. its on warranty
and
2. based on the limited information provided we be guessing what might/could/should/maybe is the problem.
definitely the regen timing that you say is happening shows something mechanical or operator based is wrong.

Out of curiosity where do you get your diesel from? Fuel quality might be a consideration. It noticed a difference in my truck and I avoided certain stations.
