Suddenly started getting new post notifications after a year or more.

I used to get notifications via email when a thread I was watching had an update. Sometime last year I think that feature stopped working. Now out of the blue this morning I'm getting updates again. What's up with that?

Possibly because a Nigerian scammer who shares your information changed his internet settings. Same guy shipments belong to that you get notifications for.

I have the same problem here and there. Seems like if i go to my notification settings and change something, save, then change it back, then save again itll work for a while.

I had to turn off any and all OTT notices, my Email and phone were melting!

It might be that your Internet Provider that hosts your email account realized the mail coming from OTT wasn't spam. I have had that problem for a few years with GMail rejecting all emails from my forums. Never have a problem with any of the other free email services, just GMail.

Interesting. My Gmail has received (for the longest time) a notification from one thread only. I've never stopped getting them.
